Climate Strike Canada is a national movement of young people rising up to demand climate action at the scale and urgency required by science and justice. The Vancouver chapter, known as Sustainabiliteens, was launched in November of 2018. In addition to carrying out a number of actions supporting municipal climate action, it has since organized two major “climate strikes”, each drawing upwards of 2000 young people.
